  • In its original, unused condition: no signs of wear, damage, or installation (e.g., piston rings must remain in unopened original packaging with all labels intact).
  • Accompanied by the original order number, proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email), and a clear reason for return.
  • Items excluded from returns: Custom-made parts, used automotive components, or items damaged due to improper installation/use.

2. How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to start a return:

  2. Include in the email:
    • Your full name, shipping address, and contact number.
    • Order number and date of purchase.
    • Photos/videos of the item (to confirm its unused/original condition).

  3. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and a pre-paid shipping label (for eligible returns).

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse):

  • If approved: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund timing: Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Deductions (if applicable): We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns, but we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs if the return is due to “changed mind” (not our error).

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the damage, and we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If we sent the incorrect item, we will send the correct item at no extra charge, or process a full refund upon request.
